I acknowledge the following:

I agree to abide by the established policies and safety guidelines provided by Nahant Marsh. I will not hold any coordinating or sponsoring organization, or their officers, employees and agents, or any other volunteer associated with an activity, whether as a result of their negligence or the negligence of others, responsible for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participation in Nahant Marsh’s volunteer activities. Furthermore, I understand and agree to the following guidelines:

1) The activity I choose to engage in is one where the possibility exists, however slight, that injury could occur.
2) I am in adequate physical condition to engage in this activity.
3) I give permission for my likeness captured on video, photo and digital camera during the activity, to be used solely for the purposes of promoting Nahant Marsh either on their website, or in promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership.
4) This is a volunteer activity. I will receive no compensation for labor rendered during this activity.
