Qigong and Nature Walk

Join us for a trail walk and the ancient practice of qigong at Nahant Marsh. Take an hour to explore one of the QC’s most diverse natural environments. Guided by Becky Nakashima Brooke. This will be a time to connect with nature, build strength and flexibility, and connect with your breath.
