Night Time Fungal Foray

UV/Night Foray: 7:45 - 9:30 PM

Join Nahant Marsh and mushroom expert Joshua Shomo as we explore the amazing bioluminescent and fluorescent fungi of our area. Participants can create unique fluorescent body art designs and learn about mushroom dyeing techniques while we wait for the sun to set. As night falls we will turn on the UV lamps and flashlights and head out to the woods to discover more fluorescent and bioluminescent fungi around us. 

UV lamps and flashlights will be provided for the foray, but participants are encouraged to bring their own if they have them.
