Mushroom Hunt and Table Talk: Meet Hunter Le Duc in the woods for a mushroom hunt and table talk. Before venturing out the major mushroom groups and their defining characteristics will be discussed as well as how to collect for identification purposes vs. the pot. Ample time will be given at the end to reconvene and go over everything we have found. The workshop will be outdoors with some medium-strenuous trails. Be sure to dress accordingly and bring a basket and pocket knife. Meet at the shelter at Sunderbruch Park, 4675 Telegraph Rd., Davenport, IA. 

About the Instructor: Hunter is a member of the Illinois Mycological Association, the Wisconsin Mycological Society, The Prairie State Mushroom club, and the Gulf State Mycological Society. Hunter is certified as a Wild Mushroom Expert by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
